Easy Tambola
Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Easy Tambola (“Easy Tambola”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
If you use Easy Tambola on an Apple device, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: Apple Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA for iOS users, the Apple Standard EULA will prevail.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Easy Tambola for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules.
Subscription (Yearly Ad-Free)
Easy Tambola offers one optional auto-renewable subscription: Yearly Ad-Free (removes ads). Subscription details (price, duration, and renewal terms) are shown in the purchase screen before you confirm payment.
- Auto-renewal: Renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Restores: If you reinstall Easy Tambola or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” (if provided) or restore through your store account.
- No refunds by us: Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Easy Tambola in any unlawful manner.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with Easy Tambola’s security or functionality.
- Use Easy Tambola to distribute malicious code or abuse services.
Content & Intellectual Property
Easy Tambola and all related content (including text, graphics, game content, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Disclaimer
Easy Tambola is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Easy Tambola.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Easy Tambola if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Easy Tambola at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Easy Tambola after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
